Boots UK is hiring a Dispenser to join the in-store pharmacy team in Royal Sutton Coldfield, England. In this position, you will work closely with the pharmacist and other healthcare colleagues to help deliver pharmacy and healthcare services safely and efficiently.

  • Use evolving in-store technology and systems that modernise dispensing work, improve patient safety, and create more time for patient-facing support.

You will receive regular updates and training to strengthen your healthcare knowledge. The role also offers career progression opportunities, including pathways toward becoming a Pharmacy Technician or moving into the store leadership team.

Requirements

  • You should have completed the Pharmacy Advisor qualification at NVQ2 level, or an equivalent qualification, or be currently working toward it and have finished the first year of an MPharm degree.
  • You must already have a valid UK right to work. This role cannot be sponsored under the Skilled Worker Visa route.
  • Experience in a community pharmacy setting is preferred.
