Role overview
As a Digital Transformation Advisor, you will provide high-level guidance to organizations looking to modernize how they work, improve efficiency, and unlock new business opportunities through technology. The position focuses on reviewing current processes, spotting where digital upgrades can create value, and shaping technology recommendations that support the company’s broader goals.
What you will do
- Review existing business processes and identify areas where digital tools or methods can improve performance.
- Recommend technology solutions that fit organizational priorities and long-term objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders, business teams, and technical specialists to create practical transformation plans.
- Support the design and rollout of digital roadmaps and change programs.
- Help improve workflows and encourage adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
- Assess digital maturity and track progress across transformation initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder communication and alignment throughout implementation.
- Ensure technology-led improvements are delivered effectively and create measurable business value.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline is required; a master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Relevant background in digital transformation, technology strategy, business consulting, enterprise modernization, or process improvement is expected.
- Working knowledge of modern digital tools and platforms, including AI, cloud computing, data analytics, automation, IoT, and enterprise systems, is needed.
- Hands-on experience building transformation strategies, business cases, implementation plans, and change initiatives is important.
- Understanding of process improvement, operating model redesign, and continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma is necessary.
- Familiarity with cloud services, enterprise applications, automation tools, and digital collaboration platforms is required.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to present to executives and coordinate across teams, are important.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery approaches is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF, or AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud certifications are an advantage.
- You should be proactive, outcome-focused, and comfortable driving organizational change and innovation.
