Role Overview

This position sits within the JINGDONG Logistics team and is centered on improving delivery execution, managing transport resources, and ensuring high service quality in a fast-moving logistics environment. The work calls for collaboration, accountability, and a strong focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Review delivery workflows across collection, in-transit movement, handover, and final delivery stages, then define standard operating practices and drive adoption across the operation.
• Improve route planning and resource allocation to raise delivery efficiency, improve punctuality, and bring down operating costs.
• Manage carrier and self-operated fleet resources, build dispatch schedules, track fleet utilization, and adjust manpower and vehicle deployment as needed.
• Support carrier sourcing, onboarding, replacement, and peak-season capacity planning to maintain sufficient transport coverage and better cost efficiency.
• Track live performance indicators such as delivery timeliness, on-time delivery rate, and damage rate, and set up early-warning checks for operational risks.
• Resolve order issues, customer complaints, and emergency delivery situations quickly while protecting service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain a carrier evaluation process, carry out regular quality reviews, and lead corrective actions where standards are not being met.
• Arrange training for carriers on operating procedures and safety expectations to strengthen capability and compliance.
• Study delivery data to identify improvement opportunities, prepare analytical reports, and push process enhancements based on findings.
• Work closely with business, technology, and customer service teams to solve operational issues and support successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, last-mile delivery, or supply chain management.
• Exposure to e-commerce or express delivery operations is strongly preferred.
• Strong grasp of logistics KPI monitoring, route optimization tools, and carrier management methods.
• Ability to oversee large vendor networks and stay effective during peak demand periods.
• Well-developed problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and experience leading cross-functional collaboration.
