Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver position in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on moving goods safely between client sites while adhering to assigned routes, delivery timelines, and standard operating procedures. You will handle loading and unloading, check shipping and delivery paperwork, manage items carefully, and make sure deliveries are completed accurately and on time. The position also includes customer-facing interaction, where you will answer basic questions courteously and represent the company in a professional way. In addition, you will help keep the vehicle in good working condition and coordinate with warehouse and logistics colleagues when needed.

Key Duties

• Transport goods to and from customer locations safely and within scheduled timelines.
• Load and unload materials while handling all items carefully to avoid damage.
• Confirm delivery documents and ensure records are correct before completing drops.
• Follow assigned routes, delivery instructions, and company delivery procedures.
• Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner and handle basic queries.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in proper condition and report issues when necessary.
• Observe all traffic rules, safety standards, and workplace procedures at all times.
• Work with warehouse and logistics teams to support smooth operations.

Required Profile

• Good customer service and communication ability to deal professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Practical knowledge of forklift operation and safe material-handling methods in logistics or warehouse settings.
• Willingness to take part in training related to safety, delivery workflow, and company standards.
• Helpful understanding of sales and food & beverage handling, particularly for commercial or hospitality deliveries.
• A valid Abu Dhabi driving licence suitable for delivery vehicles, along with a clean driving history.
• Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic rules, with a clear focus on punctuality and safety.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move goods, and to work on-site even in changing weather conditions.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while following company policies.
