Role Overview

The organization is hiring a Data Scientist for hybrid work across Gurugram, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, or Chennai. The role requires 3 to 7 years of experience and follows a shift schedule from 1:00 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar discipline from a top-tier institute is preferred.

Technical Requirements

The role calls for more than 3 years of strong hands-on experience in SQL, Python, AI/ML, NLP, and machine learning models, including LLMs and RAG approaches. The candidate should also have experience in building, developing, and deploying machine learning solutions.

Soft Skills

The ideal candidate should bring strong analytical thinking, solid problem-solving ability, excellent communication and storytelling skills, attention to detail, the capacity to manage several projects at once, and a collaborative, proactive approach.
