Data Entry Clerk

About the Role

CodeVertex Innovations LLC is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to help keep internal records current, support customer information changes, and assist with day-to-day operational data processes in a remote setting.

What You’ll Do

• Keep daily workflows moving by coordinating records and supporting related cross-team tasks.
• Enter, organize, and maintain accurate internal documentation and structured data.
• Share updates, raise questions, and communicate progress clearly with relevant team members.
• Handle sensitive company, customer, employee, or financial information with care when required.
• Help ensure remote work is dependable, orderly, and precise.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail, dependable communication, and a strong sense of reliability.
• Comfort working independently in a remote role while taking ownership of tasks through completion.
• Ability to operate effectively in a structured business environment.
• Experience or comfort with managing documentation, records, or operational work accurately.
• Strong organizational ability and practical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background supporting remote teams or handling documentation-heavy processes.
• Exposure to administrative, operational, customer support, HR, or finance-related support work.
• Ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks and internal systems.

Work Environment

• This is a remote position for candidates based in the United States.
• The role is full-time.
