Overview
We are recruiting for a Haystack partner for a full-time Data Analyst role based in California, United States. In this position, you will turn complex information into practical insights, help the Navy address data-related challenges, and support better business and process decisions for military IT initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Work through large and complex datasets and convert them into clear, actionable findings.
- Use data to help solve operational and analytical problems for Navy-related work.
- Partner with clients to understand their goals and deliver data-backed recommendations.
- Explain what the data means and how it affects acquisition programs.
- Contribute to improving IT capabilities for military programs by supporting decisions with analytical insight.
What You Need
- At least 4 years of experience supporting Department of Defense clients, including environments such as NAV WAR.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Tableau.
- At least 2 years of experience using programming tools such as Python, R, or SQL for data preparation and analysis.
- At least 2 years of experience with data engineering work in Databricks or Spark.
- Practical experience with Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Power Automate.
- Active Secret clearance.
- A bachelor's degree.
