Overview
This is a remote contract opportunity for a Customer Support Email Analyst working with a team focused on improving the quality of customer communications. The role is based in Latin America and is expected to require between 10 and 40 hours each week. Compensation is set at $10 to $20 per hour.
What you’ll do
- Examine customer support email exchanges to confirm they follow the required standards and quality expectations.
- Assess whether replies from both people and automated systems are clear, accurate, appropriately toned, and effective.
- Spot weaknesses, mismatches, or likely breakdowns in automated support conversations.
- Share practical feedback and reports that help improve the customer journey and streamline communication processes.
- Work with the client’s team to keep evaluation methods aligned and quality reviews consistent.
- Record observations and help define better practices for ongoing service improvements.
What we’re looking for
- Prior experience in customer support, customer experience, or a similar area, especially involving written communication.
- Excellent written and spoken English, along with strong attention to detail and language nuance.
- Experience reviewing, auditing, or evaluating customer support content or interactions.
- A thoughtful analytical approach to judging tone, intent, and factual accuracy in responses.
- Strong documentation and organization skills for tracking issues, findings, and recommendations.
