Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)

Role Overview

This opening is for a Customer Support Associate in a voice-based process with Axis Services in Hyderabad. The position is suited to candidates who can communicate clearly in English and are comfortable working from the office in night shifts.

Eligibility

Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates who have completed Intermediate or hold any graduation degree may be considered. Strong English communication at approximately B2 level is required.

Compensation

The salary package is structured as follows: freshers receive a CTC of 2.8 LPA with an in-hand salary of 19,000 per month. Candidates with 6 to 18 months of experience can expect a CTC of 3.4 LPA with 23,000 in hand. Candidates with more than 18 months of experience can expect a CTC of 4.3 LPA with 29,000 in hand.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a work-from-office role based in Hyderabad and requires night shift availability.
