Role overview

The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for delivering reliable, high-quality service to key distributors and clients, ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage of the order and enquiry process.

Key duties

  • Manage order processing and related service activities so customer needs are handled accurately, promptly, and efficiently.
  • Respond in a professional and friendly manner to questions about products, orders, freight, and billing.
  • Prepare quotations, enter orders, update records, and manage telephone and email enquiries.
