Creative Strategist

About the role

Wonderskin is a beauty brand focused on making long-lasting, transformative results feel simple and effortless. Built around its patented Wonder Blading technology, the company has become known for bold, durable beauty products that perform consistently.

The brand is growing quickly and has built a strong international community. It values experimentation, original thinking, and pushing beyond conventional beauty marketing. In this role, you will join as an additional Creative Strategist and work closely with the Growth team and the CEO to shape the creative direction and production behind high-scale growth marketing funnels.

What you'll do

• Lead and deliver the performance content strategy so that every asset is designed with conversion goals in mind.
• Drive creative production by briefing, coordinating, and guiding designers, video editors, and media buyers to turn concepts into live assets.
• Use performance data and audience insights to refine creative concepts and build new iterations that improve results over time.
• Collaborate with paid channel representatives to spot emerging trends, innovations, and opportunities that can strengthen the strategy.
• Review and evaluate leading ad creatives in beauty and skincare to inform direction and testing.
• Share practical creative and strategic input with the broader marketing team throughout the production process.
• Work with AI tools for reporting, creative evaluation, and automation of workflows.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in paid social, creative strategy, or performance marketing.
• Strong familiarity with direct-response, social-first, and digital-first creative formats.
• Ability to generate many ad concepts quickly and enjoy experimenting with new formats.
• Solid understanding of growth and performance marketing across Meta and TikTok, including platform-specific best practices.
• Research-driven approach with regular attention to competitor activity, platform trends, and beauty/skincare content.
• Comfort working quickly from idea to live ad, potentially within 8 hours when needed.
• Self-directed working style with a strong sense of ownership and pride in output.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and shifting workloads.
• High energy, with a strong focus on results.
• A portfolio of strategic and creative work is considered a strong advantage.

Tools and skills

Familiarity with Asana, Meta Ads Manager, Triple Whale, Canva, and CapCut would be beneficial.
