You will turn ideas into persuasive copy for digital, social, and brand channels, with work spanning campaigns aimed at restaurant and retail audiences. The role calls for strong judgment around tone, timing, and relevance so the messaging connects with the intended audience.
Working in a distributed, video-first team, you will partner with designers, strategists, and analysts to transform insights into creative ideas. Success in this position means consistently producing writing that feels fresh, human, and culturally aware while being flexible across formats and platforms.
Key accountabilities
- Create original copy and campaign concepts that bring brand ideas to life across a range of channels.
- Shape stories for social, digital, and brand-native content with a clear focus on audience engagement.
- Draft and adapt copy for video scripts, posters, digital ads, packaging, websites, and promotional assets.
- Work closely with designers, strategists, and data specialists to convert insights into creative direction.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop campaign narratives from concept to delivery.
- Maintain consistency in tone, clarity, and cultural relevance across every piece of output.
- Use contemporary creative tools, including AI-assisted writing tools, to broaden ideas while preserving a strong human voice.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in copywriting or creative writing.
- A strong portfolio showing campaign work, storytelling ability, and multi-channel copy execution.
- Proven skill in writing compelling, brand-aligned content for digital and social platforms.
- Comfort using AI tools to support ideation and productivity without sacrificing authenticity.
- Strong curiosity and cultural awareness, with the ability to generate ideas from varied inputs.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently within a distributed team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when partnering with cross-functional creative teams.
- Strong writing craft with the ability to adjust tone and style for different audiences and formats.
- Advantageous: experience in fast-paced agency settings or performance marketing environments.
Perks and benefits
- Fully remote setup with the flexibility to work from anywhere, provided you have dependable internet access.
- A collaborative distributed team culture with frequent creative exchange through video collaboration.
- Exposure to a wide variety of campaigns across restaurant and retail sectors.
- Opportunity to work alongside strategy, design, and data professionals.
- Creative autonomy in a fast-moving, idea-led environment.
- Emphasis on output and creativity rather than rigid processes or bureaucracy.
- The chance to build work for highly visible consumer-facing brands.
Application and hiring process
The hiring process is managed by the partner company, which oversees applications and the next stages. Applications are reviewed through an AI-supported matching process designed to assess alignment with the role’s main requirements. Shortlisted candidates are then shared with the hiring employer, and final decisions, interviews, and assessments are handled by their internal team.
Privacy and data use
By applying, you consent to the processing of your personal data for candidate evaluation and sharing relevant details with the hiring employer. This is carried out under legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures in line with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing at any time.
AI tools may also be used in parts of the hiring workflow, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or checking responses for inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people.
