The role focuses on reviewing agreements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before they are approved and signed, while also managing data entry, maintenance, tracking, validation, and reporting across contract systems and CRM platforms.

The job plays an important part in preserving data quality, improving visibility into contractual obligations, and making sure contract records align with internal policy and Legal Department standards.

What you will do

  • Review contracts carefully to confirm they are accurate, complete, and aligned with Legal Department standards before signatures are collected.
  • Spot missing details, inconsistencies, exceptions, and deviations from approved templates, playbooks, policies, and workflow requirements.
  • Handle a sustained volume of contract reviews while maintaining precision, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Enter contract information into CLM and CRM systems accurately, ensuring fields are complete, correctly categorized, and up to date.
  • Maintain the CLM database so records stay current and reflect executed agreements.
  • Support improvements to contract intake, metadata standards, tracking, workflow efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
  • Validate information in existing agreements and prepare reports and analysis to support organizational needs.
  • Use CLM, CRM, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and approved AI-enabled tools to accelerate review, identify patterns, and support operational insights.
  • Escalate discrepancies, incomplete information, and other contract issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Partner with legal, compliance, and cross-functional teams to clarify terms and resolve issues in a timely and professional way.
  • Keep organized, searchable, and audit-ready records of reviewed contracts, amendments, and related correspondence.
  • Use technology and approved AI tools responsibly to improve speed, quality, consistency, summarization, issue detection, data extraction, and process improvement while protecting confidentiality and ensuring human review.
  • Own assigned work, follow through on commitments, meet deadlines, and deliver dependable results in a fast-moving, high-volume setting.

What we are looking for

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to review contract language with accuracy and discipline.
  • Comfort working with large volumes of data entry while preserving precision and data quality.
  • Ability to interpret contract terms, identify key information, and detect ambiguities or inconsistencies.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools and CRM systems, along with strong overall technology aptitude.
  • Confidence using spreadsheets, advanced search, reporting features, and approved AI-enabled tools in a responsible way.
  • Capability to validate data, generate reports, and spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities in a structured and deadline-driven workflow.
  • Reliable work ethic, self-motivation, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and improve.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and escalating issues appropriately.
  • College-level education is required.
  • Paralegal, law clerk, or similar education and experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in contract operations, legal operations, CLM systems, CRM platforms, data validation, reporting, or technology-enabled contracting is strongly preferred.
