About the Company

About the Role
This position focuses on building and improving governance processes for Bilibili’s overseas markets. The role involves shaping policy, moderation, and enforcement systems that help keep the platform safe and aligned with local market needs.
Responsibilities
- Turn content-risk categories and severity levels into practical signals that can be used for automated and manual moderation, including real-time checks, offline review, and recall workflows.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to create structured intervention mechanisms such as moderation actions, feature limitations, search and recommendation controls, geographic distribution restrictions, content labels, and user-facing education.
- Create communication plans for creators that explain policies clearly, guide content creation, and improve transparency around moderation rules.
- Support important overseas creators and core users through tailored operational support.
Qualifications
The role asks for 3+ years of experience in platform governance, content safety, or trust and safety operations within content communities. Experience with global video or social platforms is considered a strong advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of large language models and their use in content safety and platform governance
- Practical experience working with human-AI moderation workflows
- Ability to use AI-based moderation systems and policy engines
- Solid data analysis capability
- Proficiency in SQL
- Working knowledge of Python or Scala for analysis
- Experience building dashboards independently
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage several priorities at once
- Willingness to travel frequently for short business trips
