Role Overview
ImagineArt is a fast-scaling GenAI company with strong traction, large social reach, and its own image model recognized for photorealistic output. The team is looking for an in-house creator to shape the company’s story through short-form video and social content. This is a hands-on position based in San Francisco, California, where you will work closely with the founders and manage the end-to-end content process yourself.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for finding compelling moments, filming them, editing them, and publishing polished content without multiple review layers. The focus is on authentic storytelling around the company’s people, products, launches, milestones, meetings, and day-to-day founder life.
Responsibilities
- Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.
- Record behind-the-scenes material from founder activities, product launches, events, and meetings.
- Support founders in building genuine and engaging personal brands.
- Handle the setup and day-to-day management of the in-house podcast equipment.
- Create repeatable content series that highlight the company’s team, culture, and products.
- Test new content ideas and refine them quickly using performance feedback.
Requirements
- You are a fresh graduate or early-career creator with experience making content for creators, founders, startups, or brands.
- You bring strong skills in videography, editing, and narrative storytelling.
- You are comfortable using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- You understand how Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and platform trends work.
- You can take an idea from concept through to publishing on your own.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience growing a personal audience or creator identity.
- Background in founder-led or startup-focused content.
- Familiarity with AI products and the broader GenAI landscape.
- Photography experience.
- History of creating content that has gone viral or driven strong growth.
