Its work spans multifamily development, construction, and property management, with a focus on value-add and opportunistic projects in expanding neighborhoods. The portfolio includes rental housing, condo conversions, asset repositioning, and new ground-up developments.
Role Overview
HTH is looking for a seasoned and detail-focused Construction Project Manager to take charge of a residential ground-up build from kickoff through final handover. The role calls for full ownership of scope, timeline, budget, site safety, quality standards, and client satisfaction while working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct every stage of construction delivery, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with building regulations, contract terms, and quality expectations.
- Work in coordination with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Oversee field staff and assist site operations in resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and act as the main contact for project stakeholders.
- Handle change orders, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, substitution requests, and meeting documentation.
- Spot project risks early and apply practical mitigation measures across the full project lifecycle.
- Carry out routine site inspections, safety checks, and project review meetings.
- Prepare and deliver progress updates, cost reports, and change order records.
- Guide and mentor junior project managers and site supervisors.
Compensation
The expected base pay for this role starts at $150,000+ per year. In addition to salary, the position includes eligibility for discretionary bonus incentives and benefits. Final compensation will depend on experience, skill set, qualifications, and market conditions.
