About the role

The purpose of this position is to prepare and present food items to a high standard while following portion controls, recipe specifications, HACCP requirements, and local food safety regulations. The role supports consistent kitchen operations and safe food handling practices.

About you

You should have completed high school or hold a GED. A culinary arts diploma, certificate, or associate degree is considered an advantage. Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is required, along with a solid understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

This role also calls for the ability to stay on your feet for long periods, remain effective under pressure, keep work organized, and communicate clearly with team members.
