Role overview

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Clinical Administrator for its Moving Well Services team at the Minerva Centre in Deepdale, Preston. This is a fixed-term position ending on 31 December 2026. The post sits within a service that is currently going through an improvement and redesign programme, so duties, structures and service delivery arrangements may change as part of a formal consultation process under the Trust’s Organisational Change Policy.

About the role

The Trust is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and proactive person who can handle a demanding post in a busy and fast-changing environment. Key duties

The post requires flexibility, including supporting other teams when needed, as directed by the Admin Team Lead in coordination with the Deputy Admin Lead, to help maintain a consistent quality of service. You should also expect to provide cover for Blood Monitoring administration at another NHS site.

Applicants should have a strong understanding of administrative processes and prior experience of audio typing. You will need to be comfortable working in a demanding environment, able to organise your workload effectively, and confident in dealing with changing priorities.
