Role overview
A private wealth management firm is looking to add a Client Service Executive to its growing Dublin office. This position offers the chance to build a career in wealth management while supporting a busy advisory team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee client portfolios from start to finish, including day-to-day administration.
- Carry out annual reviews of portfolios and prepare related valuations.
- Handle both new and ongoing business cases, and coordinate with product providers to help ensure pensions, protection, and investment applications are processed quickly across pre-retirement and post-retirement arrangements.
- Keep clients updated on their portfolios and new applications in a clear, timely, and professional way.
- Assist advisers with meeting regulatory and compliance obligations.
Requirements
- A BA (Hons) degree in a subject related to business or finance is required.
- Previous experience in a comparable role is essential, ideally gained in a financial advisory practice or life and pensions brokerage.
- Applicants should already hold QFA certification or be actively working towards it.
- A strong level of energy, enthusiasm, and adaptability is expected.
- The role requires someone who can work well on their own as well as collaboratively within a team.
