Job Overview

The Cleaning Services Worker II is responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned spaces so they consistently meet client and customer expectations. The exact scope of duties can differ by location, depending on the client’s requirements and the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas thoroughly and consistently.
• Use cleaning equipment properly and return/store it correctly after use.
• Inspect equipment regularly, confirm it is safe to operate, and report any faults or missing parts.
• Support linen-handling processes when required.
• Complete periodic deep-cleaning or spring-cleaning work as needed.
• Operate the site washing machine for internal laundry tasks when appropriate.
• Work in line with health and safety rules as well as fire safety procedures.
• Escalate any hazards to management without delay.
• Help maintain hygiene standards across the facility.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints according to company or site policy.
• Keep clothing, footwear, headgear, and personal grooming at a consistently high standard.
• Take part in training sessions aimed at improving performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and carry out corrective action when needed.
• Follow any other reasonable instructions from Aramark management.

Qualifications and Working Style
