About the Role

Innovait Dental Lab is growing its team in Abu Dhabi and is seeking an experienced Ceramic Dental Technician for a full-time, on-site position. The role focuses on producing accurate, aesthetic, and functional ceramic dental restorations within a collaborative laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and finish high-quality ceramic restorations with care and precision.
  • Build up ceramic layers, shape contours, and complete staining and glazing for crowns, bridges, and implant-supported restorations.
  • Maintain high standards of fit, appearance, and performance across all work.
  • Work closely with dentists and lab colleagues to support excellent patient results.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working as a Ceramic Technician in a dental laboratory.
  • Solid understanding of dental ceramics and restorative procedures.

  • Comfortable working independently as well as contributing to a team.
