CARRO Management Associate Program (CMAP)

Program overview

The CARRO Management Associate Program is a two-year management trainee initiative created to develop future leaders for Carro. Selected graduates will be prepared for accelerated growth into leadership positions across the company’s Southeast Asia offices, while working in a fast-paced and high-performance environment. The program combines managerial training, mentorship, six-month department rotations, and broad exposure to day-to-day business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with teams across functions to deliver aligned solutions and support a cooperative workplace.
• Take ownership of projects and contribute to their successful and timely completion.
• Participate in ongoing learning through workshops, training sessions, and mentorship.
• Share regular updates on assigned work, including progress, achievements, and areas that need improvement.
• Develop a strong professional network within the company and the wider industry by representing the organization at events and forums.
• Provide suggestions on the program’s format and content to help improve future batches of the Management Associate Program.
• Show flexibility by taking on new challenges and adapting to different business functions.
• Shadow departmental leaders during rotations to gain guidance, practical insights, and support for professional growth.

Candidate profile

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline. The role is open to fresh graduates and professionals with less than two years of experience. A minimum CGPA of 3.3 is required. The ideal candidate should be analytical, solution-oriented, confident in communication, strong in interpersonal interaction, and capable of demonstrating leadership potential. Comfort in a fast-moving, dynamic environment is important, as is a willingness to relocate and adapt to different roles and functions.
