What you will do

In this Business Operations Analyst role, you will work where strategy, operations, and technology intersect. The position centers on recurring revenue metrics and validation programs, with a strong emphasis on improving efficiency through automation and process redesign.

You will work with business, data, and technology teams to define validation approaches, build testing plans, and confirm alignment with product and program goals. You will also review current workflows, spot opportunities for improvement, and put automation in place to reduce manual work and shorten cycle times.

Compensation and benefits

The posted starting salary range for U.S. and/or Canada locations is $92,000 to $123,800 annually, before incentive compensation, equity, or benefits. Final pay depends on the hiring location, market conditions, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and training.

For certain locations, additional salary ranges may apply. The listed full ranges are:

  • New York City Metro Area: $114,400 to $171,300
  • Non-Metro New York State and Washington State: $100,200 to $153,200

U.S. employees may receive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Eligible employees may also receive Cisco restricted stock units that vest after continued employment for defined periods.

Paid time away may include 10 holidays each full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees, 1 paid birthday day off, a year-end holiday shutdown, 4 personal wellness days, 16 vacation days per full calendar year for non-exempt employees, flexible vacation for exempt employees, 80 hours of sick time provided on hire date and every January 1 thereafter, carryover of up to 80 unused sick hours into the next calendar year, additional paid time off for critical or emergency family matters, and an optional 10 paid volunteer days per year.
