Role Overview

This position is the first BDR role for the DACH region and will be the initial contact point for prospects in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The main objective is to create qualified meetings by engaging restaurants, bars, and hospitality businesses, generating interest, and developing strong relationships.

Working alongside the Country Manager, you will help establish and expand Supy’s presence in the market. The role comes with a strong learning opportunity and a clear progression path toward an Account Executive position. It is well suited to someone ambitious, commercially minded, energized by targets, and keen to build a career in SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for identifying potential accounts in the DACH hospitality and food & beverage space, running outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of prospects. You will also qualify leads by understanding their challenges, requirements, and alignment with Supy’s offering, while ensuring meetings are booked according to Sales Qualified Appointment standards. In addition, you will keep CRM records current and accurate.

The role also includes close collaboration with the Country Manager and the wider commercial team to support market entry and growth. You will join demos and customer conversations to deepen your commercial knowledge, share market feedback and customer insights with leadership, product, and partnerships teams, and gain direct exposure to the full sales cycle as preparation for future growth into an Account Executive role.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is confident reaching out to new prospects and comfortable speaking with unfamiliar contacts. You should be energetic, persistent, and motivated by performance goals and professional development. Strong organization skills and comfort with digital tools are important, along with 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role within hospitality.

A genuine interest in SaaS, technology, or commercial roles is expected, and you must have full professional fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
