About Uplane
Uplane is a YC F25 startup tackling wasted ad spend, poor landing page alignment, and inefficient budget distribution. The company replaces disconnected agencies, spreadsheets, and isolated tools with a single AI-driven system that can generate ads, create matching landing pages, distribute budgets across channels, and continuously improve performance. Its long-term vision is to become the AI engine that manages and deploys global marketing budgets.
Role Overview
This position is for a proactive business development intern who will work closely with the founders and the Head of Enterprise. The role is designed to support growth, shape go-to-market execution, and help establish the commercial base of the company. The internship is intended to run for at least three months and can be based on-site in San Francisco or Berlin, or performed remotely.

Responsibilities
- Develop and run inbound and outbound B2B sales efforts, conduct structured growth experiments, and support the acquisition of new customers across SME and enterprise segments.
- Partner with the founders and GTM leadership on strategic initiatives, priority projects, and analytical work needed to move the business forward.
- Assist with internal workflows related to hiring, finance, and legal so operations remain organized and scalable.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or engineering.
- Evidence of strong results and achievements during or outside academic studies.
- Previous internship experience at top consulting firms and/or investment banks.
- Ability to learn quickly, work hard, and stay effective under pressure.
- Must be based in Berlin or San Francisco, willing to relocate there, or able to work remotely.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with inbound and/or outbound sales processes.
- Exposure to marketing or AdTech.
