Role Overview
This position is for a driven and enthusiastic business development professional who will help expand client relationships and support sales growth. The role offers practical exposure to lead generation, client conversations, sales planning, and digital marketing service selling while working alongside the marketing and leadership teams.
Location
MP Nagar, Zone I, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. This is a strictly on-site role.
Compensation
The pay is ₹10,000 per month along with performance-linked incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and qualify new leads using LinkedIn, Instagram, cold outreach, and other online channels.
- Help present and sell digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Research the market to uncover fresh business opportunities.
- Stay in touch with prospects and keep client follow-up records updated.
- Work with the marketing team so sales efforts support ongoing campaigns.
- Monitor key performance numbers and contribute ideas for growth.
Ideal Candidate
The employer is seeking someone who is pursuing or has recently finished a degree in Business, Marketing, BBA, MBA, or a similar stream. The right candidate should communicate well in English, be comfortable negotiating, and work with confidence, self-motivation, and a strong focus on targets. A basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media, ads, and branding will be useful. Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred, but not mandatory.
