Job summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can connect business objectives with technology solutions. In this role, you will collect and review requirements, document business workflows, create functional documentation, and help drive digital transformation and technology initiatives through to successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

Elicit, review, and record business as well as system requirements.
Facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand needs and expectations.
Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process maps.
Assess existing processes and pinpoint areas where efficiency or quality can be improved.
Work closely with technical teams to support smooth solution implementation.
Assist with testing, user acceptance testing, and change management activities.
Track requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to digital transformation efforts and system enhancement projects.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in MIS or a closely related discipline is required.
At least 3 years of experience in technology-related projects is needed.

Additional information

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
