Role Overview
This position supports daily functional operations by helping with data collection, analysis, reporting, coordination, and process improvement work. The role is designed for someone who can think analytically, solve problems, work well with others, and grow their professional expertise while contributing to team and departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with everyday operational work within the assigned area while following company policies, procedures, and quality expectations.
- Collect, organize, and evaluate relevant information and data to help with business decisions, project delivery, and operational needs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and other documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify needs, and support the achievement of functional goals.
- Take part in projects, initiatives, and cross-functional activities as needed, ensuring outputs are completed on time.
- Help identify ways to improve processes and increase operational effectiveness.
- Support the handling of routine issues and escalate more complex matters when necessary.
- Carry out research and benchmarking to identify trends, gather insights, and support recommendations.
- Keep records, documents, and information systems accurate and up to date.
- Develop understanding of the organization’s operations, products, services, systems, and industry practices to improve performance and grow professionally.
- Cooperate closely with team members and contribute to a positive, innovative, and high-performing workplace.
- Handle additional related tasks as required by business needs.
