Key duties

This position is hands-on and covers the complete brewing process. You will work on a modern 32hL German Braukon brewhouse and support production across brewing, cellar work, packaging and related operational tasks.

  • Manage yeast and keep fermentation under control
  • Perform cellar tasks such as transfers, dry hopping, fining and carbonation
  • Support packaging work, including kegging and canning
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and overall brewery hygiene
  • Complete quality checks and keep accurate production records
  • Handle inventory control, ordering and stock monitoring
  • Arrange collection of spent grain
  • Take part in occasional brewery tours and interact with visitors
  • Represent the brewery at industry events, festivals and promotional activities
