Role overview
The House Hotel in Galway is looking to add a Breakfast Chef to its team. Main duties
- Prepare breakfast service items according to the hotel’s new casual self-service breakfast concept.
- Follow HACCP procedures and food safety standards throughout kitchen operations.
- Ensure every dish is prepared and presented to the agreed recipe and presentation standards.
- Keep food waste to a minimum by following correct kitchen procedures.
- Maintain strong hygiene standards and complete cleaning tasks according to the established schedule.
- Stay alert to kitchen hazards and safety risks, and take practical steps to reduce the chance of injury.
