Role overview
The Brand Executive will support the brand and marketing function by helping campaigns move forward smoothly, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and ensuring consistent brand delivery across all customer touchpoints. This role reports to the Sr. Manager – Brand & Marketing and sits within the Brand & Marketing function.
Scope of coordination
The position involves working closely with multiple groups to keep projects on track and communication clear.
- Internal brand team, social media team, and regional marketing lead
- Product teams and other media teams within the company
- Legal and commercial teams to support smooth project execution
- External partners and collaborators whenever required
Key responsibilities
- Help plan, execute, and monitor brand campaigns, events, and collaborations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, departments, and outside partners to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Track campaign results and turn the data into practical reports and insights.
- Assist with vendor management, production needs, and campaign logistics when needed.
- Support everyday brand operations across launches, campaigns, and ongoing marketing activities.
- Work alongside creative teams to make sure brand assets are delivered and aligned on time.
Experience and profile
This role is suited to candidates with 0–1 year of experience in brand and marketing. Prior exposure to established fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands will be considered an added advantage.
Education
Preferred qualification: MBA. Candidates with Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate-level education may apply, with a Masters in Business Administration specifically mentioned in the source.
Skills and attributes
The role calls for strong communication, coordination, organization, and follow-up skills, along with an analytical and proactive approach. Comfort with Excel, data planning, performance tracking, and consumer-focused brand thinking is important.
