Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi is for a Boiler Technician responsible for keeping industrial boilers running safely and efficiently. The role involves routine servicing, inspections, repairs, performance monitoring, and maintaining accurate records of boiler operations and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance, checks, and corrective work on industrial boiler systems.
• Observe boiler performance and efficiency, and make necessary adjustments to support smooth operation.
• Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and resolve boiler-related faults.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with all applicable boiler operation standards and regulations.
• Keep proper records of maintenance work, operating conditions, and service activities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of operating and servicing industrial boilers and associated equipment.
• Strong ability to identify faults and perform mechanical repairs, especially on boiler components.
• Capability to complete preventive maintenance tasks and maintain efficient plant operations.
• Awareness of boiler safety rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in recording and tracking maintenance and operational logs.
• Good communication, cooperation, and time management abilities.
• Technical certificates related to boiler operation or industrial maintenance are beneficial.
• Prior exposure to a pulp and paper manufacturing setup is an added advantage.
