Role Overview
ABS Kids is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for someone who wants meaningful clinical work along with flexibility, strong support, and room to grow. The organization is led by BCBAs, and the role is built around giving clinicians a voice in how care is delivered.
Compensation and Earning Potential
- Guaranteed first-year pay of $94,500 to $99,400 per year
- Monthly bonus program with no cap, creating additional upside
- Signing bonus and paid relocation assistance are available
