Bartender (Le Café LPM)

About the Role

Le Café LPM brings a relaxed, Riviera-inspired café experience to Dubai, blending morning coffee service, leisurely lunches, and evening drinks into one refined rhythm. The venue is seeking a bartender who can take full charge of the bar, prepare beverages with accuracy and pace, and help create a warm, inviting guest experience across the day.

What You’ll Do

• Take responsibility for bar operations and ensure drinks are prepared promptly and to a high standard.
• Deliver a welcoming atmosphere and help guests feel confident they have ordered the right drink.
• Support morning service, including coffee and tea preparation, as part of the daily workflow.
• Maintain consistent quality in every beverage served, from spirits and cocktails to hot drinks.
• Keep the bar area clean, well stocked, organised, and compliant with service requirements.
• Engage with guests naturally, make informed suggestions, and contribute to a standout bar experience.
• Coordinate smoothly with floor and kitchen teams to support strong service flow and team energy.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of alcohol service rules and local UAE regulations.
• Confident English communication skills are essential.
• French or another European language would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work quickly during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and standards.
• Comfort with both beverage preparation and guest-facing service.

Additional Information

Morning shifts are part of the role, and the bartender will also be expected to handle coffee and tea service.
