What you will do

• Deliver friendly in-branch service and assist customers with their banking needs.
• Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Help with account enquiries and basic digital banking support.
• Keep records accurate and follow bank policies, procedures, security, and compliance requirements.
• Look for practical ways to improve service quality and efficiency.

The ideal person will bring strong attention to detail along with proven ability in numbers, administration, and technical tasks. You do not need to meet every requirement to be considered, as the team will support your development and skill-building.

Working hours

This role is scheduled for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a total of 24 hours per week.
