Role overview
We are looking for a skilled baker to join a busy bakery team in Hilton, Western Australia. This role is suited to someone who is enthusiastic about baking, enjoys working in a high-energy environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality baked goods for customers every day.
The bakery team works collaboratively, shares knowledge, and supports one another’s growth so that everyone can continue building their capability in the baking trade.
Working hours and roster
Two roster patterns are available:
- Sunday to Thursday, 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Friday to Tuesday, 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM
What the role involves
- Preparing and baking products to a consistent high standard for daily customer demand.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment.
- Supporting the broader bakery team and contributing to a positive, customer-focused culture.
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and a well-organised workspace.
- Assisting with team leadership and helping create an environment where people can learn and improve.
- Applying the company’s service values of acknowledge, care and thank in day-to-day interactions.
What you need
You should hold a formal baking qualification and have relevant work experience in baking.
