Role summary
The Audit Operation Coordinator for EMEA will support audit protocol creation and updates, coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines, and help improve the user experience of the supporting tools through feedback to the product team.
Key duties
- Work with the technical team to build and revise audit protocols efficiently, reducing the time needed for protocol updates while ensuring they align with client expectations and are easy for auditors to use.
- Deliver a strong service level by meeting the timelines and requirements of requests coming from both internal and external QIMA stakeholders.
- Share feedback from users with the IT Product team so the platform can be improved in the most useful and effective way.
Qualifications
The role requires a university degree in Business or a closely related field, along with the ability to adapt to a fast-moving international environment. Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Strong spoken and written command of Italian, English, and French is required. Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of professional experience, ideally with an auditing or certification organization, and must be highly detail-oriented even when working under pressure and tight deadlines.
Additional information
A strong command of Italian is especially important for this position. The company is also looking for someone motivated to contribute positively to the global supply chain.
