About the Role
Box is looking for a customer-focused Associate Implementation Consultant who can act as a trusted guide throughout implementation projects. You will work across teams, help customers turn business needs into practical solutions, and support adoption through clear communication and thoughtful change management. The position requires a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who can balance multiple priorities while keeping the customer experience positive.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software implementation or consulting.
- At least 2 years of experience in the SaaS industry.
- Proven ability to manage several complex projects or initiatives at the same time without losing attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking skills and comfort working in a fast-moving environment that changes frequently.
- Experience delivering customer-facing presentations and working with senior leaders.
- Ability to explain complicated ideas in a clear, simple way.
- Strong empathy and the ability to meet customers where they are while building confidence throughout the process.
- Knowledge of change management practices that help end users adopt new technology smoothly.
- A driver’s license may be needed if client-site visits are required.
Nice to Have
- Experience partnering with banking and insurance clients to convert business and regulatory needs into system setups, data mappings, test plans, end-user training, and internal controls.
- Practical experience using AI or machine learning in financial services, such as intelligent document processing, risk insights, or workflow automation, to improve speed, accuracy, and decisions.
Work Environment
