About the Company
The organization is the third-largest private sector bank in India, providing a broad range of financial solutions for both individual and corporate customers.
Role Overview
This position is focused on developing an agency-driven business network, managing client interactions, and contributing to revenue growth through financial product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, guide, and support a team of financial advisors.
- Track and follow up on incoming leads to move them through the sales funnel.
- Meet prospects and clearly explain the advantages of the products being offered.
- Work toward increasing business volume and overall contribution to the organization.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants must be graduates.
- Preferred age range is 21 to 38 years.
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience is required.
- Prior experience in BFSI is preferred.
Eligibility
Any graduate who meets the age and experience criteria can apply. Candidates with exposure to banking, insurance, or other BFSI-related work will be given preference.
Compensation
The annual pay is in the range of INR 2,75,000 to INR 3,50,000.
