The Assurance practice is designed to do far more than maintain routine operations. It acts as a core driver of quality, operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Role Overview

This position sits within Accounting Advisory and focuses on Accounting and Reporting Assurance work.

Technical Responsibilities

Bring strong command over Ind AS, including how it differs from IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP will be an added benefit.
Use the relevant accounting frameworks to independently handle Ind AS assignments and investigate complex technical accounting matters.
Prepare financial statements that comply with Ind AS, IFRS, or US GAAP, including consolidated statements where required.
Stay current on laws, regulations, and fresh pronouncements related to Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
Understand internal control over financial reporting, with exposure to SOX and the COSO framework.
Work with ERP platforms such as SAP, S/4 HANA, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
Use Microsoft Office tools effectively, manage large data sets, and convert data into useful insights.

Required Profile

Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 0 to 2 years of experience and no more than 4 attempts in CA Final.
Should be a collaborative team member with a proactive, outcome-focused approach.
Needs to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and deal comfortably with ambiguity.
Must have strong communication and presentation abilities, along with solid Excel skills.
Should be able to structure findings and viewpoints using PowerPoint or report-writing tools.
Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI will be considered an advantage.
Should communicate openly and honestly with clients and colleagues.
Must be willing to travel as needed.
