Role Overview
This position is for an Assistant Manager handling front office and reception activities at a hotel property in Gurugram. The role supports the smooth running of the property’s daily operations while ensuring visitors and guests receive a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk activities, including guest arrival and departure formalities.
- Support the regular operational functioning of the property.
- Track room availability and keep the property records updated accordingly.
- Maintain strong guest relationships and deliver a high standard of customer service.
