Architect

Role overview

The company is looking for an architect to join its team on a permanent full-time basis starting immediately. This is intended as a long-term addition to the team in Wiesbaden, Hesse.

What the role involves

• Handling projects independently from the initial concept through to final acceptance across service phases 1 to 9; support will be provided within the team if not every phase is yet mastered.
• Working on a varied portfolio that includes new construction, conversions, refurbishments, extensions to existing buildings, and listed monuments.
• Contributing in a motivated, collaborative team environment.
• Taking on a stable full-time permanent position.
• Supporting a healthy balance between professional and family life; career returners are also welcome.

What they are looking for

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• A structured and self-reliant working style.
• Confident and professional manner when dealing with clients, public authorities, and specialist engineers.
• Strong team spirit and commitment.
• Basic knowledge of HOAI and VOB.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Solid knowledge of Nemetschek Allplan is desirable.
