Overview
Apt Resources is hiring on behalf of a client for an Arabic-speaking Executive in Cargo Service to support air cargo customer service activities in Abu Dhabi. The position focuses on handling customer communication, assisting with cargo-related processes, and keeping coordination smooth between clients, internal teams, and airline partners. Previous experience in customer service or a logistics-related environment is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls connected to air cargo operations.
- Share clear and accurate updates on shipments, reservations, schedules, and required documents.
- Work closely with operations staff, airline partners, and logistics teams to keep activities aligned.
- Address customer questions and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Record customer interactions correctly in the company’s internal systems.
- Follow operational procedures and service-quality standards at all times.
- Provide support for shift-based operational needs.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Background in air cargo, airlines, logistics, freight forwarding, or aviation will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers well.
- Comfortable working in a busy, shift-driven environment.
- Good troubleshooting ability and close attention to detail.
- Experience using cargo or airline systems, or CRM tools, is preferred.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Should maintain a customer-focused and professional approach.
- Applicants must already be located in the UAE.
Compensation
The offered salary is AED 5,000 per month.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. The position supports a fast-paced air cargo service environment and may require shift-based work.
