Role Overview
This opportunity is in the marketing and client relationship management space and focuses on helping financial advisers connect with their current clients. The position is remote after an initial training period at the employer’s main office. Key Responsibilities

- Use a set script to ask qualifying questions and better understand each client’s needs and interests.
- Arrange, verify, and oversee adviser appointments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain contact with clients through follow-ups to keep them engaged and satisfied.
- Keep adviser calendars well organized and up to date.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional phone manner.
- Good organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Preferred Experience
- Prior exposure to customer service, appointment scheduling, or sales is an advantage.
