Job Summary

This role supports the organization’s goal of providing agile, safe, and sustainable transport services by improving digital collaboration and productivity. The Applications Specialist – SharePoint will oversee SharePoint and related collaboration platforms, helping maintain smooth operations, document control, workflow automation, user assistance, and strong security and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SharePoint sites, access settings, libraries, and content organization.
  • Track platform uptime, responsiveness, and overall reliability.
  • Create and support automated workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint features.
  • Assist with business process automation and wider digital transformation work.
  • Maintain document control practices, including version tracking and metadata standards.
  • Support records management activities and compliance needs.
  • Provide troubleshooting help and technical support to SharePoint users.
  • Design and deliver training to improve adoption and effective use of the platform.
