Role overview
This position sits within the Contract Centre of Excellence for Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited in Hyderabad. The role is aimed at a driven professional who can help strengthen the procurement function in the India delivery centre by handling compliance checks, supporting contract reviews, and coordinating contract execution.
What you will do
In this role, you will support contract review and execution activities across the procurement lifecycle and work closely with procurement managers, legal teams, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate the contract workflow for purchasing products and services, making sure all required details and documents are ready for review by the member firm, Office of General Counsel, and leadership.
- Prepare contracts, amendments, statements of work, and nondisclosure agreements whenever needed to assist procurement and legal teams.
- Examine commercial provisions in agreements, such as pricing, payment, maintenance, and support clauses.
- Handle contract execution tasks using platforms like ServiceNow, Icertis, Ariba, and DocuSign.
- Monitor action items and ensure follow-through on contract review and execution steps.
- Help maintain compliance with information security requirements, privacy principles, and related internal procedures.

The Enabling Areas team in the U.S. India offices supports the organization across functions such as talent, technology, finance, communications, and field operations. This group helps client service businesses focus on clients and innovation by standardizing and supporting a wide range of processes and systems for professionals in both the U.S. and India.
Work location and timing
This is a Hyderabad-based role with working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
Required qualifications
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree or a postgraduate degree and bring at least 2 years of relevant experience in contract management, contract administration, or procurement support.
Preferred background
A paralegal qualification or a similar academic background is preferred, along with experience in large organizations, global stakeholder coordination, commercial term review, process risk identification, and process improvement support.
