About the Company

The business is growing quickly, backed by an expanding concept mix, an active acquisition approach, and long-term plans to scale in both new and established markets.
Role Overview
The AI Creator will be responsible for building and applying AI-powered content, tools, and solutions that support both business goals and creative work. This person will use generative AI to produce text, visuals, and other multimedia assets, improve prompts to get better results, and polish AI outputs so they stay accurate, relevant, and aligned with the brand. The role also includes testing new AI technologies, bringing AI tools into everyday workflows, and working with different teams to improve productivity and innovation through automation and intelligent content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce AI-assisted content such as copy, visuals, and multimedia materials using generative AI platforms.
- Develop, test, and refine prompts to improve the accuracy, quality, and usefulness of AI-generated outputs.
- Check and edit AI-created materials to keep them consistent with brand voice, style, and business goals.
- Research, trial, and deploy new AI tools, systems, and workflows that improve efficiency and creative performance.
- Work closely with content, marketing, and product teams to embed AI solutions into daily processes.
- Monitor output quality, spot issues or inconsistencies, and correct errors in AI-generated work.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Design, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for text, image, or video creation.
- Good knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-based content workflows.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to assess AI-generated results critically and improve them for quality and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of digital content creation, branding, or marketing fundamentals.
- Ability to work independently and handle several tasks or projects at once.
- A curious mindset and enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging AI technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

This role is based in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is a full-time onsite position.
