About the role

Ong Teng Chong Building Contractor Pte Ltd is hiring a meticulous and self-driven Administrative Assistant to help keep its construction operations running smoothly. This role suits someone who is organised, dependable, and comfortable working in a construction environment.

What you will do

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to email enquiries throughout business hours.
  • Take care of routine office administration and a wide range of general clerical work.
  • Assist with quotation preparation, claims, invoices, and verification of completed work. Support finance-related activities such as supplier invoice handling, staff claims, petty cash, and other basic accounting tasks.
