Redwood is hiring a highly organised Administrative Assistant to support project teams in a fast-moving, project-based setting. This position is focused on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly by handling coordination, documentation, communication, and record management across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative and secretarial assistance to project teams.
  • Support shipment planning, packing lists, delivery timelines, and related logistics paperwork.
  • Raise and process purchase orders through the organisation’s ERP platform with accuracy and on time.
  • Arrange departmental meetings, project discussions, and client visits, including calendars, logistics, and meeting records.
  • Draft presentation decks, reports, minutes, and other project documentation for management and project staff.
  • Keep project files, trackers, databases, and filing systems current to support document control and retention.
  • Track administrative follow-ups and ensure tasks and records are completed within required timelines.
  • Handle general office administration and provide additional support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
