The opportunity
This role is focused on keeping factory-site administration smooth, compliant, and cost-effective. It supports a positive employee experience, uninterrupted operations, statutory adherence, and strong audit preparedness, all while aligning with Hitachi Energy standards.
Key impact areas
- Handle day-to-day administrative work, including invoice and purchase order processing in SAP.
- Coordinate transport arrangements and carry out monthly bus audits.
- Oversee facility-related services such as housekeeping, the canteen, pantry operations, and garden upkeep.
- Manage site security matters, CCTV oversight, and visitor handling.
- Support the coordination of important or high-profile visitors.
- Ensure all old bills are cleared within the required SLA.
- Coordinate asset movement, scrap handling, and site events.
- Maintain zero incidents of unauthorized access to the site.
- Complete audits and SAP entries on time.
- Monitor housekeeping standards and hygiene compliance.
- Work toward at least 90% stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Demonstrate Hitachi Energy’s values of safety and integrity by acting responsibly and taking care of colleagues and the business.
Background required
Applicants should be graduates with 4 to 8 years of experience in factory or site administration, or in facility management, preferably within a manufacturing setup. Strong spoken and written English skills are required.
